Leopold's Day is a range of typographic maps that capture the real Dublin, that was mentioned in Ulysses. The hero map is a limited edition, lithographic large grey wall map printed on premium Colorplan® 135gsm. It is accompanied by a directory of over 400 people and business, that were in existence on the day and whom Joyce referenced. The sea is formed from the Dublin extracts of Ulysses, and these are placed as close as possible to their geographic counterparts.
A miniature map, provides a tighter crop of Dublin city centre, and is foil blocked on a 700gsm Colorplan® Real Grey or Tabriz Blue board, for a beautiful textural effect. This is perfect gift or keepsake to travel home overseas with. Both maps have received critical acclaim both nationally and internationally, and have also been nominated for part of the 100 Archive.
