Philatelic Design
Showcasing six unique British buildings, that celebrate the very best of modern British Architecture was the brief for this set of stamps. Each of the selected buildings serves a different purpose, were created this millennium and each has either received or been shortlisted for a Royal Institute of British Architects prize.
A mixture of architectural and non-architectural photographers were commissioned to capture the spirit of each of the buildings. The result is a collection of almost jewel like stamps. Hand-stamps, First Day Envelopes and the Best of British Architecture pack were also designed to accompany them.
